These triplets were the most fun i've had creating an advertisement and still are to this day. Ive Tried Rogue Energy when my Boyfriend recommended it to me and i absolutely loved it. So much so that i decided to make a Spring themed, Pastel colored Advertisement for a new line of bottles and drinks i like to call the Pastel Line. i knew Rogue and its Business sets out for the gamer audience but i believe these can help attract a wider gamer audience by making something the girls of the community would like to drink out of and look at.

For as long as i can remember i've always drove past this flower shop and never really knew what it was. it wasn't until i decided to research and learn about them that i fell in love with La Portas Flowers. this project holds a sentimental place in my heart not just because its nostalgic. just knowing and learning about a place that has been around for as long as i can remember is a fulfilling. i hope i can do more projects like this soon.

the whole time i was making this Poster i couldn't help but ask myself. "How many things can i make yellow?" the Yellow Color of this poster was beautiful and i really wanted to give an old styled movie poster feel when i created this. i'm very happy on how this turned out.

This one project alone lasted me from the start of my internship to the end. i wanted to update the Doll museums outdated Brochure and i had no clue how to do this at first. the graphics were terrible and everything was scrunched together. but the more time i spent at Community Arts Center the more i learned about my weaknesses and strengths. every time i look at this work, i remember the memories i've made there. they are another family to me. Thanks for pushing me to be the best i can be everyone.
Ponas Doll Museum Brochure
"Dolls bring interest and joy to people of all ages. Traditionally dolls have been toys for children. For them, dolls are magical; they become their imaginary friends, babies, role models for who they want to become, such as a nurse or bride. However, dolls collected by adults bring back memories from their childhood, or may have historical importance, beauty or financial value. Dolls are the oldest known toy, dating as early as 2,000 BC. It was common to find dolls in the graves of children in Egypt, Greece and Rome. Then, most dolls were made of wood. Wealthier families' children had pottery dolls. Europe later became the center for doll making. Around 1860, after the Civil War, doll making became an industry in the United States.
Over the years, dolls have been made from every imaginable material: bisque, celluloid, china, clay, cloth, corn husks, paper, polymer, porcelain, resin, rubber, vinyl, wax, wood, bone, ivory, paper mache and leather. The invention of plastic after World War II, led to the manufacture of a new type of doll.
Movene, John and their daughter Marcia have since passed away. Their extensive doll collection is on permanent display at the Community Arts Center for the community to enjoy."
